Switching Plans

You can change your subscription plan at any time by visiting the Pricing page and selecting your preferred subscription.


Downgrades

If you downgrade your account, any extra voice slots not included in your new plan will be temporarily hidden. To access those voice models again, you’ll need to upgrade your account.

Additionally, your available conversion time will be reduced to match the monthly quota of your new plan.


Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, visit your Account Page and click the Manage Subscription button. Then, select Cancel Plan to finalise the cancellation.
